Behind the design.
Union’s design crew blends decades of expertise with fresh energy. Our founder Anna grew up in the world of skiing — with deep roots in performance and a mom who’s an Olympic and World Champion. Our design advisor brings world-champion insight, while our friends, riders, and crew are out there testing, tweaking, and living in the gear every day.
It’s the mix of experience and next-gen perspective that keeps us honest, making sure every detail earns its place.
