Refund policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out.

If you’d like to make a return or exchange, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a request.

Eligibility

To be accepted, returned items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Have original hangtags and packaging intact
Include proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
Please do not ship items back without prior approval.

Before you start the returns process, please ensure you have the following to hand:

Order number.
Delivery name.
Email address where the order confirmation was sent to.
Product(s) you wish to return.
Reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked Final Sale
Customized or special-order products
Gift cards

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you’re ordering from the EU, you also have a 30-day right of withdrawal under EU law. That means you can cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed.
