Marketing & Community Intern (Winter 25/26) - Location: Switzerland / Remote (with travel) · Type: Part-time Internship
Union is looking for an all-rounder - someone who lives and breathes creativity and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty across marketing, events, and community. This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk kind of internship. It’s a chance to be part of a small crew, help shape the brand, and fuel the energy on and off the mountain.
What you’ll do:
- Support our marketing and social media channels (Instagram, YouTube).
- Assist with campaign shoots, brand activations, and events across Switzerland and the Alps.
- Jump in on creative brainstorming and help bring new ideas to life.
- Work with ambassadors and community partners to push Union’s movement forward.
- Get involved in the little things and the big things — from content editing to event setup.
What we’re looking for:
- Creative mindset and a love for storytelling.
- Handy with social media and basic editing tools.
- Fluent in English (extra languages = big plus).
- Open-minded, curious, and easy-going.
- Willing to travel and excited for on-the-ground action.
- Passion for skiing, snowboarding, or outdoor culture is a bonus.
